At Maximilian Equestrian, we strive for the perfect fit for both horse and rider; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your equestrian gear in its original packaging, ensuring that technical fabrics are folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
